Upminster Bridge is the penultimate station on the District line's eastern branch, one stop before the Upminster terminus. Timings and Best Time to Travel

District line services at Upminster Bridge run from approximately 05:30 to midnight on weekdays and similar hours on weekends. There is no Night Tube on the District line. The station is very quiet outside weekday rush hours.
