It blends light industry and business parks with schools, mosques and the leafy villas of Green Community, spread across a wide swathe of southern Dubai. Dubai Investment Park Metro Station gives this workforce-heavy area a proper link into the network, sitting on the Route 2020 branch of the Red Line.

Dubai Investment Park is a Red Line station on the Route 2020 spur. One stop south-west lies the Expo City Dubai terminus, while north-east the branch runs through Jumeirah Golf Estates and Al Furjan before rejoining the main Red Line towards Downtown and the airport. It is not an interchange, so Green Line trips involve changing lines at Union or BurJuman.

The station is elevated, with lifts, escalators and stairs linking the ground-level concourse to the platforms above. Facilities include toilets, ATMs, NOL top-up machines and a staffed service desk, and the layout is built to move shift-change crowds efficiently. Gold Class carriages sit at the front of each train and a women and children carriage runs in the middle.

Dubai Investment Park has full step-free access, with lifts between street level, the concourse and the platform. Tactile paving, audio announcements and platform screen doors are all in place, useful given the long walks and feeder-bus connections many passengers make from here.
